Thank you for making your invaluable advice available to designers. It’s beneficial to those of us who are running small firms to understand how some larger firms like yours are managing contractual agreements and client relationships. You inspire and empower all of us to aspire to high industry ethics. The reverse behavior of agreeing naively to contracts that undermine designers rights and their ability to be paid fairly is detrimental not only to individual designers but to everyone in the industry.
